Refund Policy

We want you to love SUPA. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Because SUPA is a consumable food product, returns are accepted only on unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging and within their best-by date. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at wow@supa-power.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at wow@supa-power.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If possible, include a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Items past their best-by date

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible unopened item. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
